Comprehensive services include: Primary Care including Family Practice, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Mental and Behavioral Health, Women’s Health, Dental, Optometry, Case Management, Care Coordination, Pharmacy and Lab. VNA also provides WIC and Healthy Families services.
VNA delivers care to over 30,000 people in Aurora at Health Center locations on Highland Ave; Indian Ave and at the VNA Health Center at East Aurora High School. VNA also has House Calls, Home Health and Hospice programs that bring the compassionate and convenient care VNA is known for right into your home.
VNA welcomes patients with Medicaid (Blue Cross Blue Shield Community, Harmony & Meridian); Medicare; private insurance or no insurance at all. If you don’t have insurance, you may qualify for a discount based on income and family size. Appointments and walk-in services available.

The Illinois Poison Center is a non-profit health service that provides the people of Illinois with access to comprehensive and trusted information and treatment advice on potentially harmful substances via a free, confidential 24-hour helpline: 1-800-222-1222. A call to the IPC helpline can many times prevent an unnecessary and expensive visit to a doctor or hospital. The helpline is staffed by specially trained medical experts, including physicians, nurses and pharmacists. The IPC supports Healthy Aurora’s efforts to increase health literacy, education, and awareness for all they serve.
